Paying with a credit card is the safest and most secure way to pay; both the customer and the business are protected from fraud.

We also accept bank wire transfers and personal checks. If you would like to pay via one of these methods, please contact us so we can manually process your order.

Payment in full is required before production begins for all orders with a custom setting option.

Category 1: Loose gemstone without any additional certificate – In this case, we don’t need any advance. For such orders, the customer can pay 100% of the amount at the time of delivery.

Category 2: In case the order is placed for gemstone mounted in jewelry and/or if the customer demands any additional certificate, such orders are not eligible for 100% payment at the time of delivery. An advance payment of 25% of the billing amount is required for processing such orders.

For gold jewelry, an amount of INR 10,000 is applicable as an advance payment.

In case the order under Category 2 is cancelled, the advance amount will not be refunded because we would have already borne that additional cost
